Let me get this straight.
Obama’s health care plan will be written by a committee whose head says he doesn’t understand it,
passed by a Congress that hasn’t read it and whose members will be exempt from it,
signed by a president who smokes, funded by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes,
overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that is broke.
What could possibly go wrong?

We’re gonna sit and do nothing but gripe about health care–even though a huge number of Americans are un- or under-insured– until someone can come up with a plan that:
–gives everyone everything they want, no matter how different their needs or circumstances, or how outrageous their desires
–meets with everyone’s approval, even if those involved hold diametrically opposed views
–will overcome everyone’s objections, no matter how petty or ill-informed
–doesn’t increase our taxes while greatly expands our benefits
–makes going to the Emergency Room at the last minute more affordable than going to a doctor at the early stages
–you think should’ve happened in Obama’s first six months, even though you gave George Bush eight years to put the economy–and, thus the Country, in the tank
–would be fundamentally the same if McCain were President (assuming he did anything other than commit healthcare $$ to the war in Iraq)
Do I have that right?
